Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Our adults Brazilian jiu-jitsu program focuses on the martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

Kids Martial Arts

The Bay Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program will increase your child’s coordination, confidence, and self-defense skills with our fun, non-violent kids class philosophy.


Our kickboxing program ranges from beginner cardio classes with no experience required to advanced classes focused on more intricate  striking combinations.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a type of kickboxing from Thailand that has a specific rule set allowing striking with hands, feet, knees and elbows. It also allows stand up clench work.


Focus on head movement, punches, and footwork, in a range of classes from beginner (no experience required) to advanced for those wishing to compete.


MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts and has evolved into a sport with its very own style and rule set. Typically, it blends striking, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu.

Acro Yoga

The BayAcro Program is a physical practice which blends elements of yoga, acrobatics, performance, and healing arts all together.

Cardio Fitness

These classes are high-intensity workouts designed to get you in shape fast. They can be used on their own, or supplement your striking and grappling training.
